Sundorne Infant School & Nursery, part of Severn Bridges MAT, is seeking a reliable nursery assistant to join our nursery team. You will act as a keyworker for a small group of children and support activities to promote health, wellbeing and development.

We require a relevant childcare qualification, experience in a school setting, and punctuality. This maternity cover starts January 2027, term-time only (43.60 weeks) with DBS clearance.

Qualificações

• Must hold a relevant childcare qualification.
• Experience of working in a school setting is desirable.
• Be reliable, punctual and able to work well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a keyworker to a small group of children.
• Ensure activities are carried out safely and in line with statutory responsibilities.
• Work creatively with children within the early year’s framework as instructed by the Nursery Leader.
• Liaise with parents to support health, wellbeing, learning and development.
