An educational charity is seeking an Early Years Manager in Longstanton, England. You'll inspire and manage a team to deliver top-quality early years education, build community relationships, and oversee daily operations. Ideal candidates will have a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and relevant experience. The role offers 40 hours per week with significant employee benefits including training, pension, and annual leave.

Longstanton Pre-School based in Cambridge is a popular setting at the heart of the community. Our Longstanton Pre-School is rated Good by Ofsted and 9.9 on Day Nurseries. The Early Years Manager will be supported by the Childcare Operational Manager and wider Alliance support services including HR and Finance.
