Bright Horizons Farnham is seeking an Early Years Lunchtime Assistant to join the team at Farnham Day Nursery and Preschool. You will help look after children up to age 5 with engaging, interactive activities and support their development in a caring, safe environment.

The role offers a supportive team, DBS checks, and opportunities to grow through our HEART culture and benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children ideal but not essential – Nursery Bank Staff, Nursery Assistant, Teaching Assistant, Nursery Practitioner, Early Years Educator, Nanny, Childminder or similar
• Passion for making learning fun and engaging for each child
• Ability to develop trust and strong working partnerships with both colleagues and parents
• Ability to use a variety of communication techniques with both children and adults

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 with interactive play
• Support development towards key milestones
• Assist team with daily care duties
