A local community school in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a part-time Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to support its Early Years provision. The candidate will collaborate closely with teachers, lead a key worker group, and must possess a Level 3 Early Years qualification. The role is part-time, totaling 13 hours per week, with working hours from Thursday to Friday. The school offers opportunities for professional development and recognizes prior service with other teaching institutions.
Walkergate Community School is seeking to appoint a Level 3 Learning Support Assistant to collaborate closely with our teaching and senior colleagues in our wonderful Early Years provision. You will work in our 2-3 year old provision alongside the class teacher and lead a key worker group independently.
Applicants must hold a qualification that meets the approved ‘full and relevant’ criteria for Early Years qualifications and inclusion in staffing ratios.
