Job summary

Buckinghamshire Council is seeking an inspiring EYFS2 Phase Leader to join our Reception provision at Bierton. You will lead a team, nurture curious learners, and plan high-quality play-based provision that supports every child’s development.

You will bring energy, creativity and warmth to a collaborative Early Years team, building strong partnerships with families and staff to ensure every child can shine and thrive as they begin their school journey.
