Job summary

MiChild Group is seeking an Early Years Educator for supply-based coverage at Newhouse Nursery in Blackpool. The role offers paid hourly rates and requires a UK-recognised Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification with a solid understanding of the EYFS framework.

The successful candidate will support daily activities, safeguard children, and work closely with the team to deliver a nurturing, home-from-home learning environment. A refurbishment has enhanced outdoor spaces for learning.

Qualifications

• Holds a full Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (UK recognised).
• Strong understanding of EYFS and child development.
• Robust safeguarding knowledge and awareness.
• Flexible, adaptable with a passion for inspiring little minds.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of early years activities and learning experiences.
