Job summary

Lara Nursery Group Ltd in Thirsk is seeking motivated individuals to join as Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentices. Earn while you learn in a nurturing, nature-focused nursery environment.

Training will be delivered by Best Practice Network, with an apprenticeship pathway to Level 3 Early Years Educator. Working hours are 38 hours per week, 7:30am–6:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprentices .This is an excellent opportunity to gain a nationally recognised qualification while earning and developing valuable hands‑on experience within a nurturing, child-centred and nature-focused nursery environment.

What You'll Do

• Support children through their daily learning, play and care routines.
• Help plan and deliver engaging activities that support children's development and interests.
• Encourage children's creativity, confidence, independence and curiosity.Support indoor and outdoor learning opportunities, including nature-based experiences.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Observe, monitor and record children's progress and achievements.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and welcoming environment.
• Support children's emotional wellbeing and development.
• Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health and safety, and nursery practice.
• Attend training, team meetings and professional development activities.
