Job summary

Happy Days Nurseries in the Penair area is seeking a Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator to join our team. You will support children’s learning and wellbeing within the EYFS framework, delivering safe, engaging and developmentally appropriate experiences while building positive relationships with colleagues and families.

We offer full-time, part-time or flexible working, with a salary of £28,579.20 per year (based on 40 hours) and a range of benefits including pension, DBS updates, wellbeing

Qualifications

• Level 3 qualified Early Years Educator with EYFS experience.
• Experience supporting children's learning and development in an early years setting.
• Demonstrates reflective practice and commitment to professional development.

As an Early Years Educator, you will:

• Plan engaging activities that support children’s curiosity, learning and holistic development

About you

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has experience supporting children’s learning and development
• Communicates confidently and works well as part of a team
• Creates inclusive, supportive and respectful environments
• Is reflective and committed to ongoing professional development

Nice to have:

• Paediatric First Aid certification
• Experience supporting children with additional needs
• Familiarity with digital learning journals or nursery software
