Role: Early Years Educator – Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Workforce or equivalent
Location: RAF Scampton, Lincoln
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Fri), all year round
Salary: £24.202.00 FTE

RAF Scampton is for children between the ages of 0‑4 years old. We want to recruit for an exceptional Level 3 Early Years Educator. We are an established provider within the sector with a fantastic reputation for providing children with a positive and safe environment as they continue to grow. Children’s Links is a charity that gives an incredible amount of support to their staff team and offers development and progression opportunities.
We seek an experienced practitioner committed to building on our existing ‘Good’ Ofsted practice with the aspiration to reach ‘Outstanding’. This role will involve providing opportunities through well‑resourced environments and quality teaching and learning practices for children to develop and explore, as well as working with parents and outside agencies to ensure children are able to reach their potential.
