Responsibilities

• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery.
• Support and supervise playroom staff with day-to-day duties.
• Deploy staff to ensure required standards are delivered and maintained.
• Ensure effective implementation of nursery keycarer procedures and allocate children to keycarers.
• Ensure practice meets EYFS requirements and provide feedback to parents.
