Realise Training is seeking an Early Years Educator Apprentice for Tiny Acorns in Aylesbury. You will support daily nursery activity, help ensure safety and nurture development, and work with lead educators to promote wellbeing of each child.
We will support you to undertake an apprenticeship in Childcare while employed, with level 3 EY educator pathway and on-the-job training; 20% off-the-job learning integrated into the day.

The position is in our Tiny Acorns nursery. This role involves supporting the daily activities within the nursery, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for all children. The Nursery Practitioner will work closely with the lead educators to promote the development and well-being of each child in our care. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children.
We will support candidates to undertake an apprenticeship in Childcare alongside working with us in the setting.
Monday - Friday shifts between 8-6pm
Level 2 qualification in early years preferable
Maths & English GCSE or functional skills but will support if you do not have these.
