Kids Planet Witney is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team, someone ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive in a warm, supportive setting.

You'll deliver care and education in line with EYFS, work collaboratively with your team, and build strong relationships with families. We offer training through KP Academy and a range of benefits to support your wellbeing and development.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Level 2 UK recognised early years qualification.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework.
• Extensive safeguarding knowledge and safeguarding training.

We expect all staff and volunteers to uphold this commitment, and safeguarding training is a fundamental part of every role. All colleagues are required to complete regular training to ensure they understand and fulfil their responsibilities. A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate is mandatory for all positions, and this role will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our safeguarding duties.
