Job summary

Kido Windsor is seeking an Early Years Educator to join our team at Windsor, delivering nurturing care and high-quality learning experiences for children. This full-time role focuses on building strong relationships, planning activities, and supporting each child's development in a warm, engaging setting.

Ideal candidates will hold Level 2/3 childcare qualifications, be committed to safeguarding, and collaborate with families. Salary £27,500–£30,000; applications via careers@kido.school.

Qualifications

Kido are looking for Early Years Educators to join the team at Kido Windsor, Kingdom Hall, Grove Rd, Windsor SL4 1JE

What We Are Looking For

For the EYE role, it is essential that you hold a relevant childcare qualification, Level 2 or Level 3 minimum. Level 2 qualifications in English including functional skills are also a must if you obtained a Level 3 qualification after 2014.

Support SEND needs — Work with families and professionals to provide tailored support for children with additional needs.

Safeguard children effectively — Follow safeguarding procedures and report concerns promptly to the DSL.

Carry out safety checks — Contribute to daily health and safety routines and risk assessments.
