Job summary

Kids Planet Halesowen is recruiting a Qualified Early Years Educator to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS. You’ll support children’s development, work closely with colleagues, and foster a warm, playful learning environment.

This role starts January 2027. We offer free meals, KP Academy training, enhanced leave, wellbeing rewards, long service awards, a birthday day off, a competitive salary and pension, plus a supportive central team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• A strong understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.
