Job summary

Kids Planet Turnbridge is seeking a Qualified Early Years Educator to join our team on a fixed-term maternity cover. You’ll deliver high-quality care and early education in line with the EYFS framework, helping children thrive in a nurturing, playful setting.

You’ll collaborate with colleagues, build warm relationships with families, and contribute to a supportive culture with excellent training through KP Academy, wellbeing initiatives, and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be at least Level 2 qualified in a UK recognised early years qualification.
• Strong understanding of EYFS.
• Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional care and education in accordance with the EYFS.
• Work collaboratively with the team to create a caring, playful environment.
• Build warm, trusting relationships with families through open communication.
