Job summary

Ladywell Pre-School in Lewisham is seeking an Early Years Educator to provide creative and engaging learning opportunities for children and to support a safe, inclusive environment. You will work 09:30am-13:30pm, 20 hours per week, 39 weeks per year, joining a team focused on high-quality early years education.

A DBS check is required, with the chance to contribute to a supportive workplace and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Level 2+ Early Years Qualification or equivalent.
  • Proven post-qualification experience of working with children.
  • Enhanced DBS check required (update service if current certificate is not subscribed).

Responsibilities

  • Provide creative and engaging learning opportunities for children.
  • Be a proactive member of the team, providing a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment.

About The Role: We have a fantastic opportunity for an Early Years Educator to join our team at Ladywell Pre - School in Lewisham. Rated Good by Ofsted and 9.8 on Day Nurseries.

Hours: 09:30am - 13:30pm

Hours per week: 20

Weeks per year: 39

Job Purpose

Requirements
  • a minimum Level 2 or above Early Years Education and Childcare Qualification or equivalent.
  • proven post-qualification experience of working with children.

Also, you will be required to undertake an enhanced DBS check, if your current certificate is not subscribed to the update service.
