Job summary

Philosophy Education, Ltd. is seeking a Level 3 Qualified Early Years Educator to join a range of nurseries in the Bromley borough on long-term supply roles starting September 2026. You will support the learning, development and wellbeing of children aged 0–5.

Responsibilities include planning engaging activities, observing progress, building relationships with children and families, and ensuring safe, inclusive EYFS practice. We welcome experienced practitioners or those newly qualified.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Caring, enthusiastic and passionate about working with children.
• Patient, reliable and organised.
• Strong communicator and team player.
