You will be responsible for maintaining an overview of matters relating to the administration and processing of Special Educational Needs (SEN) Inclusion Funding; undertaking the administration of the Early Years Census; communications with settings; facilitation of training events and briefings; administration in relation to Early Years team meetings; ensuring the Early Years portal and Family Information Directory is up to date.
You will in many cases be a first point of contact for parents/carers, Head Teachers/ setting managers/directors, departmental staff and other service users in relation to these areas of work. This will involve coordinating the delivery of specific tasks and ensuring compliance with service expectations and completion of tasks within set timescales.
You are an ambitious, solution-oriented professional with an eye for detail and skills in efficient prioritisation and processing of tasks. You have demonstrated experience in the ability to build positive relationships across diverse cohorts.
