ODIN RECRUITMENT GROUP LIMITED is seeking a Business Support Manager – Early Years in Leicester, with regular travel across UK nursery settings. You will drive occupancy, place utilisation and financial performance, and support nursery leaders with performance analysis and practical action plans.

You will also strengthen operational consistency across multiple settings, monitor funding, staffing, attendance and expenditure, and help ensure compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.

Qualificações

• A strong early years background, ideally as a Nursery Manager, Area Manager or similar.
• A thorough understanding of EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements.
• Commercial experience covering budgets, occupancy, staffing and nursery performance.
• Knowledge of early years funding and funded entitlement hours.
• Experience analysing operational and financial data.
• Ability to identify risks, trends and opportunities and develop practical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Improve occupancy, place utilisation, enquiry conversion and financial performance.
• Monitor KPIs including attendance, staffing deployment, agency and overtime use, debt and expenditure.
• Help nursery leaders interpret performance information and translate into action plans.
• Support settings with occupancy, staffing costs, business processes or financial sustainability improvements.
• Develop recovery and improvement plans and monitor setting-level actions.
• Identify opportunities to increase income and reduce costs without compromising care.
