Bright Horizons Farnborough is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our day nursery team. You will work with babies and young children, supporting their learning through interactive play, reading, and activities while collaborating with colleagues and parents.

You will contribute to a safe, nurturing environment, helping children achieve their milestones and feel valued in a world‑class care setting. Training and development are provided to grow alongside the children and team.

Qualifications

• Experience with children preferred.
• Ability to engage children through interactive play.
• Strong communication with children and parents.
