Bright Horizons Fulbourn Day Nursery & Pre-School is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our team in Fulbourn, delivering caring support to babies and children up to five years old. You’ll engage them with play, reading, and activities that promote development and curiosity.

As part of a supportive, safeguarding-focused team, you’ll work with colleagues and parents to help children reach key milestones.

Qualifications

• Experience with children is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.
• Safeguarding practices and DBS checks are required before appointment.

Responsibilities

• Look after babies and children up to age 5 as part of a team.
• Support learning through interactive play, reading and activities.
• Help development towards key milestones and work with parents.
