Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and creative Early Years Assistant Manager to support our Early Years Manager in leading and inspiring our team at our nursery in Erith, DA8.

Responsibilities
  • Inspire and lead staff to provide high-quality, inclusive early years education and care in line with our policies and procedures.
  • Serve as a role model, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children's learning.
  • Ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met and maintained.
What We\'re Looking For
  • A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
  • Post-qualification experience in early education, childcare, or a similar environment.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear reports, child protection/safeguarding documentation, and business correspondence.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other computer tools for report writing and administrative tasks.
  • Leadership skills - the ability to inspire, motivate, and set high standards for yourself and your team.
Position Details
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
  • Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
