Oakey Dokeys Pre-School in Great Oakley, Essex, invites applications for an Early Years Assistant with the chance to progress to a Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. The role starts with a 3-month probation, progressing to training and qualification while working alongside experienced staff.

The position is part-time, term-time only (38 weeks/year), with salary at National Minimum Wage during probation and then the applicable minimum wage once apprenticeship begins.

Qualifications

• Willing to undertake Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship.
• No previous childcare experience required.
• Commitment to safeguarding and equal opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development through play.
