Bright Horizons Surbiton Ewell Road Day Nursery and Preschool is hiring an Early Years Assistant to join our team caring for babies and children up to age 5. You will support interactive play, reading, and activities that stimulate development and milestones, working closely with colleagues and parents.

Previous experience is ideal but not essential; we welcome applicants from nursery banks, teaching assistants, or childminders. This role is subject to safeguarding checks including enhanced DBS.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is ideal but not essential.
• Ability to engage children through play, reading and activities.
• Ability to build trust with colleagues and parents.

Responsibilities

• As part of a team, look after babies and children up to age 5.
