Kinderland Day Nursery Ltd in South Croydon is seeking a friendly and caring Early Years Assistant to join our family-run team. You will help provide fun learning experiences, support daily routines, and build strong relationships with children and parents.

We are based in South Croydon, Greater London and offer CPD opportunities, salary reviews, ongoing training, and a generous holiday entitlement. This is a day-shift, Monday to Friday role with a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Providing fun learning and care for the children
• Following the Nursery vision and curriculum to give children the best possible start in life
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with parents and carers
• Supporting children with their individual personal hygiene needs
• Providing effective and regular feedback to parents on their child’s day, personal development and any other relevant information
• Ensuring a bright and stimulating attractive room with colourful appropriate activities and displays showing children’s work
• Assisting with care, maintenance and security of all equipment and toys within the nursery
