Kindred Nurseries is seeking an Early Years Assistant to join our caring team. This 25 hours per week role supports children through play, learning and routines in a welcoming environment. You’ll help deliver engaging activities, build strong relationships with families, and uphold safeguarding policies.

Ideal candidates show excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a genuine passion for early years development. Experience is helpful but a willingness to learn is essential.

As an Early Years Assistant 25 hours per week, you'll work alongside our experienced nursery team, supporting children through play, learning and everyday routines while developing your own skills within a caring and supportive environment.

You Will:

• Support the nursery team to provide a warm, welcoming and home-from-home environment for every child.
• Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive environment where children can learn through play.
• Assist in delivering engaging activities that encourage children's curiosity, creativity and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Support children's daily routines, helping them feel happy, safe and secure.
• Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming nursery environment.
• Observe and celebrate children's achievements, supporting their learning and development.
• Follow Kindred's policies and procedures, promoting safeguarding, health and safety at all times.
• Attend staff meetings, training sessions and nursery events.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to provide outstanding care and education.

What You'll Need
