Location: BS11, Bristol

Are you a caring, proactive, and enthusiastic Early Years practitioner looking to support young learners and bring positivity to an early years setting?

A warm and welcoming primary school in BS11, Bristol is seeking a passionate Level 3 Qualified Early Years Assistant to join their team full‑time from January, with the possibility of beginning before Christmas and a handover period to ensure a smooth start.

Responsibilities

• Support and engage pupils in EYFS through play‑based, creative, and developmentally appropriate activities
• Assist in planning and preparing EYFS learning experiences that promote progress, curiosity, and enjoyment
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to support children's individual needs and developmental milestones
• Collaborate with the class teacher and wider staff team to maintain a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
• Contribute to daily routines, observations, and early years provision within the setting
