Job summary

Central YMCA in the United Kingdom seeks an experienced Early Years Apprenticeship Tutor. The role focuses on mentoring, coaching and developing staff and learners within the Early Years sector, with funded assessor qualification support.

You’ll be backed to grow your teaching and assessing skills while guiding apprentices through their programmes, helping them reach milestones and gain real education experience.

Qualifications

• Recognised Early Years qualification and experience mentoring or developing colleagues in the workplace.
• Experience supporting, mentoring or developing apprentices or staff in Early Years.
• Willingness to pursue assessor qualifications if not held already.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and mentor Early Years apprenticeship training and teaching.
• Support learners to achieve qualifications and job-ready skills.
• Facilitate development of teaching and assessing practice across the team.
