Job summary

Busy Bees, the UK's leading nursery group, invites enthusiastic individuals to join as Early Years Apprentices. You will learn on the job, plan and deliver age-appropriate activities, and work with experienced professionals to develop your childcare skills under the EYFS framework.

This apprenticeship combines hands-on experience with dedicated coaching and funded training. You’ll gain practical qualifications while benefiting from ongoing training and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• Be passionate about childcare and start a career in Early Years.
• Must have lived in the UK for the past 3 consecutive years to meet funding eligibility.
• Provide evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills).
• Desirable: Level 2 Early Years Practitioner qualification.

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
