Busy Bees Nurseries is hiring an Apprentice Educator to start a rewarding career in Early Years. You will learn on the job, guided by experienced mentors and a Development Coach, while delivering age-appropriate activities under EYFS guidance.

You'll gain practical childcare skills, build confidence, and contribute to a supportive team. The program includes training, mentoring, and access to extensive benefits across Busy Bees.

Formación

• Be passionate about childcare and start a career in Early Years.
• Provide evidence of Maths and English achievements (GCSE 3/D or Level 2 functional skills).
• Resident in the UK for at least 3 consecutive years to meet funding eligibility.

Responsabilidades

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following EYFS.
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Ensure individual needs are understood and met.
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children.
• Work toward completing the Busy Bees Education and Training apprenticeship within the expected timeframe.
