Job summary

Kids Planet Westerhope is seeking an Early Years Apprentice to join our friendly team. You’ll embark on a training programme through the Kids Planet Training Academy to gain a qualification in Early Years.

You’ll learn how to support, care for and inspire children from birth to age five, while safeguarding and building strong relationships with families. The programme lasts about 15–18 months depending on level.

Qualifications

• To meet minimum apprenticeship eligibility criteria, including having lived in the UK for a minimum of 3 years.
• To pass maths and English entry assessments.

Responsibilities

• Through learning how to ensure the safeguarding of children in your care.
• By learning how to work as part of a successful team.
• Through working to build warm, trusting relationships with families through kind, open communication.

We’re now looking for an Early Years Apprentice to join our team, someone who’s ready to get stuck in, spark imaginations, and help children thrive. As an Early Years Apprentice, you will be enrolled on to a training programme through the Kids Planet Training Academy to gain a qualification in Early Years.

As a guide, Level 2 apprenticeships take approximately 15 months to complete, and Level 3 apprenticeships take approximately 18 months to complete.
