Job summary

Busy Bees invites you to start your career in the Early Years sector as an Apprentice. You will learn from experienced professionals, receive mentoring, and take part in bespoke Learning & Development courses while contributing to daily childcare activities.

As a Busy Bees Apprentice, you will be supported by a Development Coach, work toward an EYFS-aligned qualification, and gain hands-on experience with children, families, and colleagues.

Qualifications

• UK resident for at least 3 consecutive years
• GCSE Maths and English grade 3/D or above or Level 2 Functional Skills
• Be passionate about childcare and motivated to start a career in Early Years

Responsibilities

• Help plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following the EYFS framework
• Support the team to provide high-quality childcare and positive learning experiences
• Build strong, supportive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
• Ensure children's individual needs are understood and met
• Contribute to safeguarding of all children
• Complete apprenticeship within the expected timeframe with Busy Bees Education and Training
