Bright Stars Childcare is seeking a passionate Nursery Apprentice to work with children and pursue a Level 3 Early Years qualification. You should love children and have a warm, caring nature.
As an Apprentice Nursery Educator, you’ll plan activities, observe, nurture key children, and ensure safety and wellbeing, in a supportive team environment. You’ll follow the Early Years FS Framework and help create a stimulating learning space.

As an Apprentice Nursery Educator, you will be part of a friendly and supportive team, responsible for a group of key children, planning activities, completing observations, and ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
You’ll be expected to comply with the Early Years Foundation Stage Statutory Framework and help create a safe, fun, and stimulating learning environment.
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues is a key part of the role.
Our purpose-built nursery features large, airy rooms filled with natural light, a dedicated kindergarten space, and a recently renovated outdoor area.

Working Week

Qualifications Required
GCSE Maths/English or equivalent, or willingness to work towards the required level of functional skills alongside the apprenticeship.
Some experience working with babies or children under the age of five

Training to be Provided
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. They will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:
