Job summary

Swift is offering an apprenticeship in childcare to earn while you learn, gaining a nationally recognised Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification. You will join a nursery team as a caring, enthusiastic and reliable individual, gaining hands-on experience in a nursery setting while completing your Level 3 qualification through supported training.

You will receive structured learning, tutor support and ongoing guidance from experienced Early Years practitioners, helping you develop the skills

Qualifications

• Caring, enthusiastic and reliable attitude.
• Willing to undertake Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification through supported training.
• Interest in working with children in a nursery setting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting play-based learning activities
• Helping children develop socially and emotionally
• Supporting daily routines, including meals and outdoor activities
• Maintaining a safe, clean and stimulating environment
• Supporting children's learning and development
• Learning how to observe and assess children's progress
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
• Working alongside experienced Early Years practitioners
• Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery procedures
