Salary – From £12.71 and hour (dependent on qualification/s and experience)

We’re looking for an Early Years Administrator to join our Millhouses Nursery - 20 hours/week(flexibility on days and hours)

The Role

As an Early Years Administrator, you will lead parent outreach initiatives, supporting the manager with new nursery places, extra sessions, and booking changes. You will assist parents with financial queries and solutions, and coordinate monthly invoice runs, invoice debt, funding tasks, and manage payment plans. When required, you will also support the nursery manager with ad hoc administrative tasks and reports.

  • Strong organisational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry
  • Great communication skills, with colleagues, children, and parents
