Job summary

Safari Cubs Nursery Creche in Leeds is offering an 18‑month Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship. The role supports children aged 0‑5 in a nurturing setting and forms part of a dedicated team committed to high‑quality childcare and development.

You will learn on the job, complete academic modules, and work closely with families while adhering to safeguarding requirements; a DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• You will need good communication skills and be comfortable with creative thinking as a part of a team
• A genuine interest in child development
• Excellent focus and ability to learn on an ongoing basis

• Level 2 in Early years is required to be considered for the level 3 appreticeship

Responsibilities

• To deliver a high standard of learning, development, and care for children aged 0-5 years.
• To ensure that the preschool nursery is a safe environment for children, staff, and others.
• To develop partnerships with parents/carers to increase involvement in their child’s development.
• To be responsible for any tasks delegated by the Deputy Nursery Manager/Nursery Manager
• To complete all academic aspects of the apprenticeship
