Eurocell Group Ltd is recruiting an Administrator - Warehouse to support day-to-day activities across our manufacturing sites, Central Warehouse Distribution and Customer Care teams at Penny Emma Way, Sutton in Ashfield.

The role involves creating deliveries, checking orders, updating spreadsheets, and assisting with stock movement and queries. SAP experience is desirable, with a strong emphasis on accuracy and IT proficiency. Training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Good attention to detail.
• Proficient IT skills and confident Excel user.
• Understanding of Logistics and Distribution.

Responsibilities

• Create deliveries for customers and confirm orders.
• Check orders alongside goods in.
• Update spreadsheets accordingly.
• Assist with other sites to ensure on-time deliveries.
• Assist with stock movement queries and allocation tasks.
• Manage email and phone queries from customer care and planning.
• Assist with stock checks and using scissor lift equipment.
