Home Bargains in Workington is looking for a Fill Shift Store Team Member. This part-time, permanent role offers up to 16 hours per week with shifts starting as early as 6am to 10am, and a pay rate of £12.71–£13.00 per hour depending on age.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of Home Bargains, delivering enthusiastic customer service and helping shoppers with queries.
• Assist with stocking, shelf replenishment, and maintaining store displays.
• Unload deliveries and ensure stock is on the shelves quickly during fill shifts.
• Handle tills and cash transactions and support roles in Café, Bakery, or Garden Centre as needed.
