Job summary

QS Recruitment Ltd is recruiting an HGV class 1 driver for day shifts across the UK. You will complete up to 3 drops per day; handball is minimised thanks to pallet trucks. Shifts begin between 04:00 and 08:00 and last 8–10 hours.

Rates are £16/h (Mon-Fri), £18/h Sat, £20/h Sun; eligible for up to 28 days’ leave. Applicants should be 21+ with a valid licence, Digi/CPC cards and no more than 6 points. Closing date 2026-10-21.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience driving HGV 1 vehicles.
• Must have Driving Licence, Digi Card and CPC Card.
• Age over 21 and no more than 6 points on licence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver up to 3 drops per day depending on the run.
• Handball is minimised as motorised pallet trucks are used.
• Shifts start early and can last 8–10 hours.
