Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a production, warehouse or manufacturing environment (ideally in a food production environment).
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow strict health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work as part of a team and hit production targets in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Measure and mix ingredients according to recipes, ensuring consistency in food preparation.
• Operate and monitor machinery such as mixers, ovens, and conveyor belts to ensure they are functioning correctly.
• Manually or using machines to shape products into specified forms.
• Load products into ovens and monitor cooking times and temperatures, ensuring products are cooked to perfection.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards in terms of size, shape, and appearance.
• Clean equipment and work areas to maintain hygiene standards and perform basic maintenance on machinery.
