Job summary

Warburtons in Howden for training and Ferrybridge for permanent site is hiring a Class 2 Delivery Driver on a full-time basis. You’ll begin with a 6-week induction at Howden, then transfer to Ferrybridge when it opens, delivering freshly baked products to our customers on a 43-hour week with early starts around 3:30am.

You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence with Class C entitlement, a Digital Tacho Card and a Full CPC.

Qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence with Class C entitlement.
• Digital Tacho Card.
• Full CPC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver to multiple customers daily and build strong relationships.
• Load vehicle and verify orders against delivery notes or electronic system.
• Report faults via defect forms and maintain vehicle readiness.
• Adhere to Driver Hours, Working Time Directive and Highway Code.
