Qualifications

• Provide friendly, natural service and get to know customers.
• Be confident with Tesco products and services and offer help when needed.
• Provide flexible store support including shelf replenishment and checkout service.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support across the store, including shelf replenishment, checkout service, online order picking, occasional delivery assistance, and general service and replenishment duties.
• Make customer focused decisions and complete key store routines.
• Understand how your role supports great service, strong sales, waste reduction and store performance.
• Deliver great service with a smile and build rapport so customers leave with a positive experience.
• Work well in a team and communicate openly.
