Job summary

GAIL's Bread in Milton Keynes is seeking a Part Time Kitchen Team Member to help bake and display fresh bread and cakes. You will work at a quick pace to prepare items for our displays, ensuring quality and consistency with our recipes.

We value teamwork, reliability and adaptability. Expect early shifts around 5:30am–6:30am, with benefits including free food during shifts, staff discounts, holiday entitlement and pension options.

Qualifications

• Kitchen Team Members to join the GAIL’s family with a passion for great food made from quality ingredients.
• Motivated by teamwork and willing to help others.
• Adaptable and positive to deliver fresh food, bread and cakes to high standards while maintaining food safety standards.
• You will start early, typically around 5:30am – 6:30am, and work at pace to prove and bake items for displays.
