Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in West Bromwich is seeking a Class 2 HGV Driver to deliver aluminium trunking to electrical wholesalers and building sites across the UK. Start between 04:00–06:00, Monday to Friday, day work only with up to five drops per day, using FLT to load and unload and secure each load.

You will hold a valid HGV Class 2 licence (Cat C), Driver CPC and a Digital Tachograph Card. Up to 45 hours per week with overtime after 40. We offer on-site parking and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Holds valid HGV Class 2 licence (Cat C) and Driver CPC.
• Digital Tachograph Card is mandatory.
• FLT loading experience and load securing knowledge are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver aluminium trunking to wholesalers and building sites across the UK (up to 5 drops per day).
• Start times between 04:00-06:00, Monday to Friday, day shifts; no nights or weekends.
• Operate loading equipment for curtain-side loads and secure cargo safely.
• Comply with Drivers Hours, Working Time Directive and vehicle regulations.
