Job summary

Winner Recruitment in Rugby is seeking experienced 7.5T drivers for ongoing full-time refuse collection work with early starts from 06:00. You will operate a 7.5T collection vehicle on designated routes alongside a loading crew to ensure timely waste and recycling collections.

The role requires a valid UK Class 2 licence, CPC and Tachograph card, and a reliable, team‑oriented attitude. Weekly pay, supportive team environment and immediate starts are on offer.

Qualifications

• Valid UK Class 2 licence
• CPC qualification and Digital Tachograph Card
• Previous Class 2 driving experience is preferred
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication skills

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 7.5T collection vehicle.
• Complete scheduled collection routes.
• Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any defects.
• Work closely with the loading crew.
• Comply with all road traffic laws and health and safety procedures.
• Deliver excellent standards of customer service when interacting with the public.
