We’re looking for Early Help Practitioners to join a busy safeguarding and support hub. You’ll work with families, gather information, and help make decisions that lead to better outcomes for children. It’s a rewarding role where your experience and insight can make a real difference.

Key Details
  • Location: Bury (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days from home by request)
  • Contract: 6-month fixed term
  • Pay: £15.84 per hour
  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 5:00pm
  • Start Date: After full compliance checks
  • DBS: Enhanced required
  • Driving Licence: Not needed
What You’ll Be Doing

  • Writing clear assessments and recommendations

What You’ll Need
  • A Level 3 or higher qualification in Health, Social Care, or something similar
  • Experience working with children and families, especially those facing challenges
  • Good understanding of safeguarding and early help services
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
