A leading social work agency in the UK is seeking an Early Help Family Support Quality Improvement Partner to improve the delivery of family interventions. This role involves collaboration with multi-disciplinary professionals and providing case management supervision. The ideal candidate will be a qualified social worker with significant experience in early help and management. To work collaboratively with Children and Family Hubs and multi-disciplinary professionals to improve quality and deliver a coordinated approach to the planning and delivery of early help family interventions.
To support Children and Family Hub teams to implement Hackney's Early Help Family Support Framework and monitor outcomes for children and families.
To provide Children and Family Hub targeted family support teams with case management supervision including identifying safeguarding concerns.
To Chair fortnightly Multi-Agency Team (MAT) meetings and identify and manage risk. Requirements as a Social Worker include:
