A local government authority in Leicestershire is seeking a dedicated individual to support and motivate a multi-agency workforce in delivering Early Help services. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications or substantial experience working with families, coordinating agency responses, and ensuring that support is effectively implemented. If so, we have multiple permanent roles available to network with a discipline of external partners and agencies across Leicestershire to ensure Early Help is embedded across schools, health, housing, police and more!
If you would like the opportunity to join this new and exciting team, please ensure you showcase your experiences, skills and knowledge within Early Help services. Please include how you will engage partners in your vision of implementing Early Help support across Leicestershire to ensure we are giving families the right help at the right time. We are looking for a child focussed, trauma informed and inclusive approach to empowering our partners and colleagues to provide robust Early Help and support.
