What you’ll be doing
  • Assessing and monitoring learner progress & performance in line with frameworks/standards and legislative requirements to ensure occupational competence
  • Delivering outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practices that engage and inspire learners to fulfil their individual potential and develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours to successfully progress within the business
  • Developing learners that are innovative thinkers and creative problem solvers, through designing and delivering learning content as part of a blended learning pedagogy focused on delivering vocational excellence
  • Effective recording/reporting of performance data in support of delivery outstanding outcomes for learners
  • Providing and monitoring the effective safeguarding, SHE, welfare and support arrangements for learners whilst on Early Careers & Skills programmes
  • Assisting in the recruitment and selection of learners
Your skills and experiences – Essential
  • Effective coaching and mentoring skills
  • L3 electrical qualification

  • Assessor Award qualification
  • Good IT skills in particular MS Office

The Early Careers team

You will join a dynamic team of professionals, assessing a number of apprentices through their programme and supporting a range of early careers activities, including interviewing, inductions, career events etc.
