Job Title: Early Careers Senior Advisor

Location: London or Liverpool

Role: 12-month FTC

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (3 days in office)

Salary: Flexible

Its core practice areas include corporate and M&A, employment, intellectual property, real estate, and dispute resolution, with sector strengths in technology, life sciences, private wealth, and energy.

The role

In your new role as an Early Careers Senior Advisor, you will be responsible for providing excellent client service with the Early Careers team, overseeing all aspects of solicitor apprentice and trainee solicitor attraction, selection and recruitment. Your key responsibilities will include:

Maintaining relationships with key university contacts. Managing applications received through candidate tracking system and management of assessment centres. Management of offers and rejects with the Graduate Recruitment Partners. Facilitating and delivering an excellent candidate experience. Liaising with the wider talent, responsible business and development teams.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

Early Careers recruitment experience working in a law firm. Ability to manage multiple programmes and projects. Excellent communication, presentation and delivery skills. Ability to work with demanding internal clients and deliver exceptional client service within tight timescales.
